Mirel is a blend of sweet orange, cedarwood, and frankincense essential oils.

As both the vessel and candle are handpoured, slight variations in size and weight may occur.

Once the candle has burned through, gently clean the jar and place a new large refill candle inside.

The vessel

🔸 The Fluum vessel and its lid are made from durable and timeless concrete.

🔸 Their characteristic sheen comes from natural oils, which also make the vessel and lid more heat- and water-resistant.

🔸 Thanks to the oil finish, you can use Fluum vessels over and over again.That's exactly what they're made for –  to be re-used with candle refills. Our candle vessels provide a much-needed alternative to disposable candle holders, which, while aesthetically pleasing, place an unnecessary burden on both nature and our homes. One Fluum vessel is all you need.

🔸 The lid allows you to easily cover the vessel in between burns. This helps keep dust away, ensuring a cleaner burn, and at the same time helps the candle retain the scent for longer, because the scent particles cannot dissipate into the air.

 

Candle refills

🔸 Our refills are made from 100% natural rapeseed wax, which is GMO-free and vegan-friendly. We chose rapeseed wax for its longer burn time, excellent compatibility with essential oils, and also because compared to other similar waxes the supply chain to Estonia is considerably shorter. By choosing Fluum we can together lessen the negative environmental impact.

🔸 We have kept the rapeseed wax in its natural color, we don't use candle dyes. Candles are often colored with chemical dyes unless explicitly stated that they use 100% natural dyes. We believe the best choice is a colorless candle in its beautiful simplicity.

🔸 Fluum candles include wicks that are made from cotton and reinforced with a paper core, to keep a natural focus even in this detail. Cotton wicks are highly valued for their cleaner burn.

🔸 We only use natural essential oils for adding scent to our candles. Their plant-based origins ensure a cleaner burn — no toxins or phthalates for you and your loved ones to inhale. Many scented candles are made with fragrance oils, which do offer a broader range of scents compared to essential oils but may contain harmful chemicals. Candles scented with essential oils are cleaner and healthier. Additionally, they have aromatherapeutic properties, which help you create the perfect atmosphere for your needs.
